Being a mentor is about sharing your experiences and learnings to help someone also trying to pursue the career that matters to them.
We want you to feel empowered to pass on your unique experience and knowledge to a budding mentee who’s keen to learn from those involved in the creative sector. With the right scheme, internally or through a mentoring provider, you can provide some valuable insight to a mentee. HAA have compiled a list of free mentorship programmes that either some colleagues have done or that we believe to be beneficial.
