Every other Tuesday morning we have a full company meeting called the ‘Tue me, Tue you’ at midday to discuss the latest company news / updates. It’s our main opportunity to get together as a company, and we have a different host each time.
Every so often on a Friday morning we get together to share a recently completed project. It’s a great opportunity to see what different teams are working on, and to share successes!
We run our business communications through Slack. Increasingly these past couple of years, we’ve relied on this tool for social fun as much as work chat. Some of our socials channels include:

Our studio and the Record Hall building is dog friendly. We love it when our humans bring their dogs in!
Every Wednesday we get in breakfast for the whole studio. We choose a different local supplier each time. This is a great opportunity for the team to get together over brekkie and have a chat; especially important through times of remote working!
We have a large projector in the studio, so when there’s an opportunity to watch a film or sports match we stick it on the big screen, pull up the bean bags and order drinks, snacks and dinner. We’re always open to suggestions for what to watch!
