We're committed to developing your skills and experience and we’ll support you with courses/training/opportunities for you to grow in your role and improve your knowledge. There are some guidelines that we ask you to keep in mind when embarking on a course of your choice and these are set out for you below.
HAA aims to provide on the job training at the studio whenever practical and possible, but courses are also encouraged that are directly linked to improving core skills you use within your role at HAA and improving your wider technical, management, presentation, public speaking and/or communication and language-based skills that you use within your role. We request that you look at training courses broadly in line with HAA’s strategy for the year, but please do come to us with any requests and we’ll assess them all individually. We also encourage you to engage with the creative community and to attend industry events (online or IRL).
